Windows 7 32-bit won't support UEFI, but the 64-bit version will. In order to boot, however, the system disk must have been formatted as a GPT disk and have the EFI boot information on it. You cannot simply switch a computer that has been set up in legacy mode with the PC BIOS and a MBR formatted disk to UEFI mode and expect it to boot.

I set up Cobbler Cobbler 2.8.5 service and sucessfully installed Ubuntu 16.04.6 on HP DL360 G5. Hardware doesn't support UEFI. Boot order is set up to #1 NIC #2 Hard drive. What concerns me is that after obtaining DHCP configuration, no PXE menu is shown and kernel and initrd.gz starts to download immadiately.
